Cancellation Policy:
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, IF the check-in date is at least 14 days away.

50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in.

No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

Extras/Services
– Under 2’s Free – One cot available so if there are any more under 2’s you will need to bring your own cot. 
– Use of Private Farm Track: Limited use between 1st September & 20th November. Please see Farm Track page for more info.
– If you would like to bring your horse too, there is a paddock available right outside the accommodation. Please see Farm Track page for more information around horses and fill out the enquiry form.

Other terms

Accommodation cost: $300 per night for up to 4 guests.
– For every extra Adult it is $50 per head, per night.
– For every extra Child (3-16years) it is $40 per head, per night.
– Under 2’s – as above are free.

Check-in time: 3pm-10pm

Check-out time: 11am
