Private Farm Track

Right On Your Doorstop

Guests who book the farm accommodation are welcome to enjoy exclusive access to the station’s 3000ha of private tracks, with three main routes. They are 8-15km (3-5 hours) long loop trails with panoramic views, as well as easier tracks along the flats. They are well maintained and great for activities such as:

  • Walking
  • Running
  • Horse-trekking
  • Cycling

Due to being a working station there is limited use of our farm tracks between 1st September and 20th November.

We meet you personally on arrival to show you the tracks and where to go!

Want to bring your horse too?

You absolutely can, and you can even stay in our accommodation too!
We have a paddock for horses right outside our Shearers Quarters, with a wheel barrow provided for mucking out the paddock.

We just ask that you:

  • Bring own hay
  • Bring own tapes to fence your horse separately if required.
  • Bring water buckets as there aren’t troughs in every paddock.
  • We recommend shoes as the tracks are rocky, but it’s not vital.

We meet you personally on arrival to show you the tracks and where to go!
